Who doesn’t like a classic French Toast? Well here we created one of the classic breakfast favorites using all plant base ingredients. This is really easy to make, and using simple but whole ingredients. It is a healthy start to your day, and most of all even the kids would love to try. In this recipe we use an alternative egg, using a plant base egg substitute Just Eggs. Also my family likes to use Dave’s Killer Bread Powerseed Organic Bread.

Ingredients

1 Cup of Just Eggs
1/4 Cup of Any Plant Base Milk
1 tbsp. of Organic Maple Syrup (You can also opt for a sugar free option syrup. We suggest using Lakanto Brand)
1/4 tsp of Ground Cinnamon or Nutmeg
1 tsp of Organic Vanilla Extract
2 Slices of Dave’s Killer Bread Powerseed Organic Bread
1/4 Cup of Fresh Blueberries or sliced Bananas

Instructions

  1. Mix All the wet and dry ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Whisk until well blended and aerated
  3. Soak the bread Slices in the egg blend until it is fully coated on both sides
  4. Heat Up a Griddle or a Pan and Spray with Coconut Oil or Plant Base Butter
  5. Place the Bread Slices and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side
  6. Top with your favorite berries or bananas and sprinkle some cinnamon and a drizzle some maple syrup
