Breakfast is usually the most important meal of the day. A balance breakfast of complex carbohydrates, plant base proteins, and some healthy fats does the trick. Who would not like chocolates for breakfast? Here’s an easy to make plant base, whole grain, banana/Blueberry and chocolate chip protein pancake with less than 5 ingredients that everyone would enjoy!
Ingredients
1/2 Cup of Birch Benders Plant Protein Vegan/Plant Base Pancake and Waffle Mix
1/2 Cup of Water
Half of a Banana (Sliced)
1/4 Cup of Fresh or Frozen Wild Blueberries
1 and 1/2 Tbsp. of Enjoy Life Dairy Free/Gluten Free Chocolate Chips
Dash of Cinnamon (optional)
Sugar Free Maple Syrup (We Like to Use Lakanto Brand Products)
Instructions
- Combine the Pancake Mix with the half of cup of water
- Pour Batter Mixture in a Waffle Iron, or a Pan for Pancakes
- Add Sliced Bananas, Blueberries and Chocolate Chips on Top
- Close the Waffle Maker, or Flip over to Cook both sides
- Serve on a plate with a dash of Cinnamon and some Maple Syrup
